Thanks!
I huge thanks goes out to the Stricklands for putting this craziness on yet again!
And to everyone else who helped with the course, the beer, the fire, the food, the cleanup and everything else. It just wouldn't feel like christmas without Fifth Street Cross. Happy Holidays!

Re: Thanks!
I second that. And thanks to Brad for forging the lovely trophies again; and to Robi for the fabulous bead blowing; and to SMC for serving up their store for the final shebang; and to the Stricklands for not only putting it all together and putting up with us, but also for rewarding us so generously for wrecking their place 11 weeks out of the year (though those bunny humping socks in my schwag bag were sort of hard to explain to my daughter..."They're playing leapfrog, honey....) Onto Icy Cats and Hash Runs. Safe, happy, joyous holidays!

Abso-freakin-lutely!
Bill and Beth,
Thanks for providing an environment for us to play in, physical contests to keep us busy, changes in the routine to keep things interesting, fuel to keep us going, and statistical data recording our behavior and performance.
Lastly, thanks for all the cool schwagg, distracting us from the fact that we're just one big social experiment for your entertainment.

If the trails refused to clear,
I would still be riding them.
When beer foam flows beneath my feet,
there will be a penalty.
Fifth Street, I give you my all.
Full effort, nothing more.
Cans of Blue Ribbon
whisper of the pain.
All this mud stuck on my bike for life.
My liver's strong
with it there is no wrong
but my legs and lungs just want to stop or die
My, my, my
An inspiration's what this is to me
inspiraaaaaaaaaaation
ouch, tree.
Every Thursday,
my world it smiles.
Around the Strickland's yard
I'll ride for miles.
Thanks to you
it could be done.
It's the people there,
you make it fun.
Alright, yeah!
Happiness, no more be sad.
Fifth Street Cross ... I'm glad.
If the trails refused to clear,
I would still be riding them.
The goat fence is on my left,
I feel eletctric-i-ty.
