The sausage gravy was awesome. Will you make it for breakfast for 24 Hours of FSX? Unfortunately I was too full to try the BBQ. Yarnall

Let me be more precise: it won't freeze well. Milk's an emulsion of water and milkfat, which separates when frozen. When reheated, you'd have clumps of milkfat covered by a layer of water, instead of normal emulsified milk.

I wonder if it would freeze if you put it into an ice cream maker......mmm...sausage ice cream.....
