In case you missed it:

Fifth place wears the prestigious "maglia cinque" for the night. You get to keep it. You can't wear it to cross again unless you're in fifth again. If you don't show the night you're fifth, no one gets the award.

* Lanterne Rouge start bonus

If you can figure out Bill's math you'd need to put a pocket protector in the back.

How 'bout a rule that previous winners can wear their jersey when they're not currently 5th, if they ride with a fifth of hooch in a pocket?
