Shouldn't I get some sort of bonus for being the second person in 5th Street Cross history for riding sans thyroid?
I also have bruises in places that I never knew could or should bruise...I hated every second of it, but love that you all make me do it anyway!!! I think secrectly somewhere deep inside me, I enjoyed the pain!

I have taken my DNF very personally.
I apologize to my fellow racers, especially the woman just behind me when the chain broke the first time.
It won't happen again (mostly cause I reckon I can't race in the RFPHNR again.)
